Are your items handmade?
Yes — every piece is handmade with care. Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each item uniquely yours.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is created in small batches with intention, not mass-produced.
Processing time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time: typically 3–5 business days after your order ships

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

That said — if something isn’t right, I want to make it right. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll figure it out together.

Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders.

Knot Perfect pieces are released in small, thoughtfully curated drops — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Do you offer local pickup? 
If you’re local, pickup may be available. Select this option at checkout or reach out before placing your order.

 

How should I care for my item?

We recommend gentle hand cleaning and reshaping as needed. Avoid machine washing unless otherwise noted.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
