Return & Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns and refunds are not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at michelle@knotperfectstudio.com with photos so I can review and make it right.
Once your order has shipped, Knot Perfect Designs is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed. I’m always happy to help guide you through that process.
